ordered TV online, received no invoice, only message to call. When I called, was told there was newer model, was it ok to substitute? Yes, I said it was OK - then received smaller size TV, made for African market with no adapter to use. No invoice was ever sent until I called complaining about wrong set. Refused to pay for return shipping charges Don't do business here.

All my items have arrived in a good amount of time, and were all packed well. It seems to me that all of their employees are very good too. They have always done their very best to resolve any issues that I have. Never have they given the whole run around about how they are "unable to do that" like other online retailers will. I will always buy from samstores.com even if its cheaper somewhere else.Customer service representative, Peter, was fantastic -- exceeding my expectations. I've bought several items from Samstores online and in the store. Both ways it's easy to find you're looking for and complete the purchase. The items arrive by the estimated date. The prices always seem to be the lowest online

In a nutshell, this company does not like to take merchandise back so you better make sure you know what you want before buying from Sam Stores. I returned a DVD recorder within a week with all the packaging materials just like I got it and in the same inner and outer boxes which it arrived. Finally, after much prodding and hassling I got my money back less a hefty 20% restocking charge.
