I would recommend Sams limousine! They were terrific. They only negative issue I had was the driver claiming he was uninformed of the times of our services needed and saying we needed to end our wedding reception 15 minutes early. Until I informed him I could produce a copy of the contract saying otherwise! He was also perturbed that 2 trips would be needed from the Venue back to the hotel. Again, when informed of the contract, he then was ok. But was clearly perturbed. As the Mother of the Bride, having to leave my daughters reception to relay this information, was a bit frustrating! But after the confusion was settled, it was ok.

First, the driver was an hour late. We had to be at the destination for my daughter’s birthday party at 8p. She arrived to my house at 8pm. Dispatch was no help and kept putting me on hold. I had to keep calling back. I never received any viable explanation as why she was so late. When she finally arrived, the party bus was not the one I had requested. I had 18 tween girls and a very late bus with a stripper pole (despite assurances there would be no stripper pole). The girls lost 30 minutes of their time at the event and to date, we’ve received no apology. I do not trust the reliabity and will not use or recommend Sam’s.

Had a great time with our driver J, couldn't have asked for a better night out with friends. J was kind and helpful and answered any questions I had and all was well. Will definitely be asking for him again. Also Camila out sales rep was amazing and did a flawless customer service job as well

We worked out the details of having multiple buses and multiple locations at varying times in advance of the event. Everything went smoothly. i never even checked in with the drivers. Everyone know what to do and did it. Great service.

Excellent Service!

everything worked out great with your service. the one area for improvement was the driver. He could not park and do pick up at agreed place in the hotel. Guests could not find him and he never communicated. He also had an attitude and was not proactive lifting guest on the wheelchair. thank you,
