We had a different driver than who we were informed of about beforehand. In addition, the driver did not know how to operate the bus correctly. The driver did not know how to turn down or off the air level and/or temperature. So, the bus was blasting strong and cold air. It was FREEZING. In addition, the driver was very unprepared and did not know the directions to our wedding venue. This made us run very late and behind our schedule. We were getting married so that made it really bad. One of our own groomsmen had to sacrifice his party bus fun-time to navigate the bus driver from our own cell phones to get there. The good part was that the driver was punctual. That’s the main part.

A big issue we had with Sam's Limousine was the communication the day of our event. We had instructed the buses many days before the event to drive to the back entrance of our wedding venue because a large gate could accommodate the size of the bus there.15 minutes before the ceremony was scheduled to start I (the bride) received multiple phone calls from the bus drivers telling me the gate was shut, the bus would be to large to fit through the gate as well as asking what time they should leave the hotel with the passengers. I told them multiple times they needed to contact my wedding coordinator but the bus drivers told me I was the person who needed to call them. I was shocked they had not looked at their route ahead of time and that they were calling the bride when I had provided my wedding coordinator's contact information in case of any issues such as this. Lots of unnecessary stress 15 minutes before my wedding. My coordinator ended up working everything out with them after I frantically came to her with this issue. They were safe drivers and the buses were clean. Communication was a big issue.

Prior to the scheduled departure I had gone to the office. I had paired my phone with the Limo and it worked fine that day. The day of arrival we had gotten in the limo and were on the way and wanted to play music. When i tried to play music the limo wasn’t appearing and no music could be played on the speakers. We tried to use the intercom in order to ask help from the driver. The driver either ignored us or didn't want to answer and just kept driving. We called the company for help but they tried to explain as best as possible to help us but were unsuccessful. We then asked if they could call the driver in order to stop and help us but they didn't do that either. So we can’t listen music in our trip to Galveston. Very disappointed with the service. We are very dissatisfied with the limo company as this was the only thing we wanted was to enjoy our music and have a good time on our trip. The inabilty from the driver and the company really made the trip less pleasant.

It was very hard to communicate with the driver; made service hard and slow. Had to constantly ask him where he was.

Driver was 30 minutes late on pick up. Driver never called point of contact to let me know of any issues with running late. I called office 30 minutes before pick up time to ensure there would be no issues. When driver was not at pick up location on time I started calling office. Had to call office and dispatch 5 time. This was a bus for 40 people.

Ac wasn’t working on the way there and driver was little to no help finding our way back to limo after event.

The driver was required to do 4 pickups: 1) pickup groomsmen and deliver to church (good) 2) pickup bridesmaids and deliver to church (good) Wait at church 3) deliver bridal party from church to reception (poor) - wedding party left church, found bus, but the bus driver was not there; took 20 minutes to find driver 4) deliver bride, groom, parents and other relatives to reception (poor); delay in delivering bridal party made the second delivery late

Bus Driver was very late in picking up my group which made us late in getting to the airpirt. Driver had no personalit and bordered on being rude to my clients. I was very disappointed.
