Had another great experience with Sam's Limousine...Have used them many times....always on time, responds fast, beautiful limousine and very clean...our driver Domenic was exceptionnally nice...

The booking experience and the drivers were excellent! We had multiple vehicles on the wedding night and when we needed to contact one of the drivers the dispatcher was rude, continually placed us on hold or hung up on us. By the third call I insisted she look closer at our transportation plan and contact our driver for a scheduled pick up. Eventually she did. Unfortunately I had family members in tears and an over tired toddler. The dispatcher was totally incompetent and beyond rude. After two follow up calls to Sam's there has been no follow up/resolution on their part. Very disappointing for the total amount of money we spent.

Driver was very nice and on time. However, he forgot the venue coordinator had given him the groom’s suit, shoes, etc which were put in the trunk of the town car. So it ended up at their offices which are about 45 minute drive across town from where I live. The groom is out of the country on his honeymoon. No one from Sam’s called to say they had his clothing. Fortunately the venue coordinator knew it had gotten into the trunk of the limo so we were able to locate it.

We had a great experience with Sam's Limo. They met us at the airport on time, were very courteous and didn't chatter too much while in transit. I would recommend them and use them again.

Very nice limo and arrived on time. Kids had a great time. I gave 4 stars because had a dent in front fender on drivers side. Felt that should be fixed if renting out.

Arrived on time, got all the kids to their prom destination dinner and back to venue all within the time limits we had!! Kids said they had a great time on the party bus. Their only complaint was they said it got a little warm on the bus, they had it loaded down, dancing to the music and it was a very muggy day so kind of expect them to get warm so if that was their only complaint I think we're good!

Bus was clean and nice with easy to engage sound system. Our driver Balal was a great guy! I will use Sam's again.
