Driver was on time, helpful and attentive. The only thing that the bus had issues with was the A/C my guests were sweating and we told the driver all he told us was to turn the button on the back but that barely did anything.

Name was misspelled on car plate! Important item did not make it out of trunk at destination. I will say the driver was great and went the extra mile to hand deliver the item after hours.

Bus was easy to order and the drivers arrived on time. However, our order was for a school trip, and the bus we got on the way there was smaller than expected and did not have a luggage hold. We did get a better bus on the way back, but it made for a very challenging (and cramped) journey there.

The trip on September 28 was great and the driver was really good. He was polite, Very respectful and very knowledgeable and deserves a 5 star plus. The return trip on October 5 was not as good and the driver was not very outgoing and hardly even spoke to us.

We had a great driver. He was 5-Stars *****. The limo however left a lot to be derived. The interface was hard to use. We hated the light show. We couldn’t hook up Bluetooth there was no Sirius no radio dial and no sunroof. Disappointed for the money. But again our driver was great

I give it 3 stars because there was a tip last moment we had to pay and we were already running late it wasn’t $200 and ofcourse i didn’t but pay it because they didn’t let me know before , te driver was pretty ignorant since everytime we would be nice and say thank you he would just stay quiet . And then he kept forcing me to go to another’s place I didn’t , also the bus didn’t have one curtain and the ceiling lights also weren’t functioning , but it was a good round trip it was successful just not what i expect from this company .

We rented a party bus for our son and his friends for prom. The driver did not have the air on at all on their way home after the dance. I emailed and received no response from the company regarding the poor service.
