We rented a big bus to ship folks back from our wedding. They were timely and professional, but not being able to control the music was a HUGE BUMMER! We were stuck listening to the radio and scanning between stations to avoid commericals. Highly suggest you to bring and aux cord or call ahead to make sure this doesn't happen to crash your party. Yes we didn't rent a party bus but its 2020, we should be able to have some technology to control the tunes from the passenger seat.

Limos and buses were prompt and clean. Rashida and Shonda were awesome drivers.

Ahlam, the customer service manager, was very sweet and very helpful. My driver Mohammed was great! Early to pick us up, very responsive and patient with our group! My only complaint would be that the beverages I had brought the day before to be put on the bus were still in boxes and not in the ice as I requested. I kind of expected them to be put in the ice, so they were cold when we got on the bus. Other than that, Sam's Limousine is high quality and has the very best price in Houston!

Overall the total experience was good.

Friendly, efficient service. Driver arrived ahead of schedule and was very friendly and helpful. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars was that the driver started off in the wrong direction. After we got that corrected, the trip was perfect.

I didn't know we would have to stop and get gas going and coming.

We were done earlier than the time we paid for but there was no offer for a refund. The driver expected me to tip in cash and not add it to the credit card bill. She said she may not get it. I don’t carry cash when I’m out Partying ( hence the need for a limo) or have any desire to download a cash app on my phone for the first time. I did speak to the limo appointment person who offered to add the gratuity up front before the next limo is needed but that does take away from my choice to tip based on the quality of the service I received.
