We needed assistance with driving our RV from Utah to South Carolina after my husband was unexpectedly admitted in the hospital and could no longer drive home from a vacation. We contacted Personal Drivers, and spoke with DD. She set us up with a driver who could assist us within 3 days. Russell Lamb was our driver who arrived at our campground, did a walk through of our RV and drove us 4 days to our home in SC. He was a pleasure to talk to on our 4 day journey home. He was a very competent driver. DD also checked in with us to make sure everything was working out as planned. What set this company apart was the ability to travel in our RV during the drive. Excellent customer service and employees who were top notch made a tough experience due to my husband's illness into one that was much easier to handle in our time of need. I would recommend this company to others based on our experience.

This was a very last minute need on our part, and DD from Personal Drivers was extremely responsive. We first spoke at noon on Sunday and she had identified a driver by three in the afternoon. The driver, Dan, was ready to take our twenty-six foot Uhaul truck from Denver to Chicago at eight AM Tuesday morning. Dan was great... communicative, professional and very punctual. The process was seamless, I would 100% recommend personal drivers.

Very professional service, great people to deal with. No gaps and the Driver Michael Duane Orr communicated will and took great care of the unit on the almost 2000 mile journey to reach its final destination. Email and text every day at the end of his days driving and communicated how the unit performed. Would use this service again and request Michael again.

A heartfelt thank you to Dan from “Personal Drivers”, who drove BoBo, my four year old Golden Retriever in my car all the way from Washington to California over two long days. Before I even signed the contract, I spoke with Dan on the phone. There was such a calmness and kindness in his voice that, I felt I could trust him with the most precious thing in my life. That conversation immediately put me at ease. It was especially important as I was recovering from a back injury and couldn’t drive myself. Over the next two days, he proved that first impression right. He made regular stops so BoBo could stretch, drink water, and get some fresh air, patiently handled the inevitable stress of a long journey, and kept me updated throughout with messages and photos. Even though I couldn’t be there, I always knew how BoBo was doing. When you entrust someone with your dog, you’re placing a tremendous amount of faith in them. Dan honored that trust with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care every mile of the journey. Thank you, Dan, and thank you, Personal Drivers, for getting my little boy safely to his new home. I’ll always be grateful that BoBo’s first big move was with someone who cared for him as more than just another passenger

Driver, Bill G. showed up on time, was pleasant and professional. Got to destination on time and handled some last second changes with key drop off with no problems. Gas and tolls estimate was very accurate and nice to get $32 back. The price was much more reasonable than other quotes I had gotten. At the last minute, after business hours, we needed to add a u-haul trailer to the 20 foot truck and were charged just a token fee for this by DD, who was amazing throughout.

We had a fantastic experience with Personal Drivers last week moving a U-Haul 15' truck full of belongings from NC to NH. They communicated well at every step of the way. Their driver, Bill Graul, was very professional and courteous. He was diligent in his inspection of the truck each day and provided progress reports when he stopped each night, including photos of the truck. Just a great experience overall.

We had a long and difficult move from France, and we needed to get from London to Tucson with our Yorkshire terrier. We got a flight to Los Angeles and flew the dog by cargo. But we could not get a flight to Tucson from LA with our dog. When I contacted DD at Personal Drivers, she solved the drive to Tucson for me. She answered all my emails promptly and reassured me. Our driver, Ben Reddel, was terrific. He texted me before our appointment in LA to meet at the car rental office. I knew from his messages I could count on him. When he arrived at the car rental place, he helped me pick out the SUV and took charge of everything. I had not rented a car before. He made it easy. The drive was long, but Ben made it enjoyable and stress free. He is a very fine man, and we were blessed to have him for our driver. He stopped for us to eat and watched the dog for us. He even put gas in the SUV for me. He talked with us during the trip so it wasn’t tedious. I certainly made the right decision choosing Personal Drivers. I highly recommend this company. You cannot find a better one.

Personal Drivers was so easy to work with - I would 100% recommend and use them again. Our driver was professional, communicative, and gave us the peace of mind we needed for our cross country move. High recommend!
