I ordered some custom tees for my friends as gifts. I was impressed with the print quality. The design support was super helpful making sure it would look good on the tee. Plan on ordering again at some point.

Not the Same Day and Not Affordable
They promise your product on the same day but what they don't tell you is that you have three choices: Drive an hour away to pick up your product, spend an extra $100 to have it brought to your door, or you can wait 2 weeks and they'll send it to you (obviously this is not the same day). If you don't complete your order, they spam you a zillion times in your inbox. I politely requested they stop spamming me and I got a message in return asking me to fill out a survey for a product I never ordered. I would wait and go to a local and more affordable business.

They reduced the size without consultation
I set up a design and placed an order. When I received the order, the size of the design was reduced far less than what I had requested. No one reached out to me before changing the design of my print. Customer service offered a refund of 10%.
