Stupidity. This guys are the Wost. I talk about the rewards program. Don't bother, the send you a Sick fish and then tell you it's not converted under their guaranty. I get it if it was like ten days but the fish arrive very sluggish. I kept it separated and still tried to acclimate it. But the next morning it was dead. I notified them within 24 hours. But their policy is no refunds. So they can just send a sick fish fir all rewards. The Stupidity part is they lost a customer over $20.00. I'm sure the owners appreciate it. Advice. Shop with an equitable merchant. If they are that stupid to let someone who spent over 1000.00, management needs a little review
