This was my first order. The site was easy to navigate, however, there was an issue with the order as I ordered a striped crab under ID 18425 Purple Condylactis Anemone - I got a purple Anemone that was tagged with15818 Condylactis Anemone: Purple - Atlantic, so I ended up with two purple Anemone. The 4 wheel Goby arrived DEAD, I have submitted a credit request and the 16123 Royal Gramma died shortly after release in the tank. In addition an additional fish was withheld from the order as it did not meet their requirements which is understandable and not an issue. However, the mix up in inventory items on the order is an issue.picture did not match the label. I still do not know if I have received the credit. Customer service is very active and communications to the customer were plentiful. I cannot give it a higher overall rating than a three, but communications pre order and order a five; I still do not know how to rate the post order

I have to honestly say that this company has the best customer service! I've been a loyal customer for about six years now and the couple times I've had to call, the service has really been over the top!

I always go to my local fish store on mattthws Nc but was wanting sum thing they couldn't get or that was over priced so I tryed saltwaterfish.com my shipment came a day late I worried of course but everything was alive and doing great so far will use again for sure thanks guys
