Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

I have ordered the Big 20 reef clean up crew twice in the last month and I have been exceptionally happy with both orders and recommend Saltwaterfish.Com to everyone who has not ordered from them as of now. Everything arrived well and lively and automatically started doing their job. Very happy.

The store seems concerned about making their customers happy. The purchase was delivered on time as promised and I am pleased with my new aquisition.

Fish alive and what I expected! Shipment from California all the way to East Tennessee! Good job!!

Consider to anybody

Had some items not make it either during shipment or soon after acclimation. The 15 day guarantee is unprecedented! Have purchased many times with no worries. Highly recommend!

I've ordered from saltwaterfish multiple times, on my last two orders I've had a dead fish on arrival or die during acclimation after not looking good, I had a different coral than the one I ordered and also lost fish on my first purchase from saltwaterfish.com I've never taken pictures of my fish that or doa like my One today I always just flush them and move on with life but I have had 4 fish show up dead now and an incorrect coral off the wysiwyg page. It's hard to pass up their cheap prices but it's starting to get old having something dead or incorrect with every order, it's a pain in the butt to take a pic of a dead fish in a bag and I always try to bring them back to life before I consider it a total loss and then email them type a discription yada yada so I've never been credited for anything at this point I'm kinda upset that I haven't been taking pics because by now I'd have almost a free $200 order.

Fish are small for what you pay for, also contracted and internal parasite killing off most of my fish. I was one day past the guarantee so the had nothing to say for me and I have ordered from swf for years.
