Great customer service despite ship delays due to transit issues

Very pleased with my purchases.

I was having a problem with my credit card they worked with me put up with what I consider an aggravating situation they were very patient and understanding and I appreciate that may I also add due to the upcoming hurricane there a little displaced I think you for your help and patience God bless you and your family best wishes through the worst of times

So far my critters are beautiful and are doing great in there new home. Except the blue coral banded shrimp is in hiding. Which is good considering he's so small. My clown seems to be enjoying the tank, and the green mandarin is gorgeous. Thank you thank you. Everyone arrived on time and in good health.

2nd time I have bought from Saltwaterfish.com. First time was worth 4 stars ... No surprises ...I got what I ordered with no problems. It was worth trying again.

Great selection of good quality fish and inverts.

Best customer service in the trade.

My last three experiences with SWF.com has been GREAT! I think I've made three orders in 6 months. Just made another, if this goes like the others I'll be hooked for SWF.com! Quality livestock, informative reads on the livestock, all items have been as presented! Free shipping is always a PLUS!
