The shipment was supposed to be overnight but instead got hung up at an airport and came a day late. Two of the 5 fish were DOA and I requested a refund within the 5 hours time period. I received the refund in my account within 2 hours!!

First time I ordered everything arrived when it was supposed to. Had a fish and invert arrive dead. I was refunded under their gurantee and have had no problems with customer service. Great place to get fish and corals.

Ordered supplies and fish food. Was charged for items not shipped and was told that was out of stock even though site said was in stock the 10 min I was placing my order. Never was contacted about not having the item. Contacted them and received refund for items not delivered. So be sure you get what you ordered because u will be charged if u get it or not.

Great experience! All live stock looked very healthy and had good color. I would give 5 stars but the hermits I received were a good bit smaller than I expected. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I'd still recommend saltwaterfish.com to anyone needing live stock for their tank.

Great customer service, I placed an order on Friday and check the status the following Monday to find out one of the fish in my order has reduced in price. SWF was more than willing to refund my money but I'm using store credit. So instead they put a snail package together to meet the price difference.
