Ordering online was quick and easy. The fish arrived nicely packed. The fish is beautifuI. I purchased a black cap basselet and so far be is doing well. Thanks again

I have been ordering fish, coral and inverts from these folks for 3 years now. The majority of the stock in my tanks has come from here. I am giving them 5 stars because of the customer service and quality of their product. They have always been quick to resolve any issues that I've had and the number of issues has been minimal. They are my number 1 go to!

Always great service

Failed to deliver fish advertised as in stock, and gave no options to cancel or change order, despite charging a great deal for shipping. When you cannot fillfull your end as a business, you discuss this with the customer and reach compromise, you don't make decisions with other people's money. They also give a 5 hour window after delivery to report dead arrivals, and do not make this clear until you open the box. On top of all this, the fish wad long dead on arrival, yet no refund because the report could not be filed within 5 hours of delivery. Did not follow basic business practices when they found they could not fulfill the order. Will absolutely avoid in the future.
