Great place to get fish and supplies

I have placed multiple orders at all times throughout the year. Never had an issue. Very pleased with all livestock and shipped fast, and always hot or cold packs in the cooler style shipping box which I save and use for local transports.

Decent company with fair pricing. I have been using SWF for over 10 years now, and they do a decent job of standing behind their products. Willing to offer refunds, you just need to proof that your fish is dead. Sometimes difficult to do in a tank with lots of rocks. I have never had an order come in wrong.

Have been ordering from Saltwaterfish.com for a few weeks now and have had a great experience. Also they are very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions I have had.

So far my experience is terrible! A lot of lies and they don’t seem to care about the livestock itself. Who allows some to be shipped air 1/2 way across the country and Freight the other 1/2 when it’s cold out? Just irresponsible!
