First of all they do not ship from Florida and no where do they state that.. Secondly if you do not care if the fish live or not, then I would possibly order from them again. They have no sense of urgency nor sense to care about the customer. Paid for the guarantee by 1030am delivery, received the fish a whole day later and the horrible customer service tries to lie and say there is nothing they can do. 😂 even after I told them I was in transportation for last 26 years and fed ex is a competitor and there is something they can do! They still refused to do anything and I will make sure I do my due diligence to post how poor saltwater.com is on every Saltwater forum I am in and show the proof
