I am very disgusted and tired of ordering fish and then ending up with some forced replacement of a less value and stupid fish that I did not order nor would ever want in my tank. I ordered a chocolate tang and then it does pass their inspection so they call my husband put the rush on (who did not order or pay for the order) and give him the ONLY option of a convict tang...big difference. If they cannot fill the entire order, the refund for the fish not available should be immediate! This is horrible customer service and I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!

So far your company has been great looking forward to getting my first order on hopefully many more to come thanks

My order was quickly shipped and all the fish and invertebrates were alive and active upon arrival. The fish are beautiful and the prices great. I will continue to order from saltwater.com and recommend to other saltwater hobbyists.

Good fish but mostly eels

So I originally gave them one star for an issue that I had with some pricing however After posting this I was contacted by the support team and they quickly righted the wrong. Although I was happy the mistake was fixed I was still a little skeptical about the company. Then when there was a slight discrepency with my order, I called them and they immediately righted to wrong going above and beyond my expectation. I understand that they are a large company and sometimes you can have some things go wrong, but they definitely know how to fix the issue. I dealt with Mary by the way. I will continue to shop with saltwater.com
