Received my order and the bags had little or no water at all. One fish was DOA. It cost $13.99 and they gave me a credit of $4.80. I have been a loyal customer for years and this is the treatment they give you? I am done! I will no longer do business with them!

This was my third experience ordering from Saltwaterfish.com. I was very satisfied with my first two purchases but this one left me dissapointed. I received my order on time and it was well packaged. I ordered two fish and was to recieve a cleaner shrimp for free as an incentive/ reward for my purchase. The fish looked to be in good condition on arrival howeverr the tiny cleaner shrimp was dead. I contacted saltwater fish.com and was told that since it was free there was no guarantee and no replacement. Not much of a ‘freebie’ or “thank you for order of several hundred dollars “ if it arrives dead I Will have to seriously reconsider purchasing from saltwaterfish.com again...I had been satisfied with them up until now.

Would give this website is zero if I possibly could worst customer service never buy from them any other company online is better than this not to mention everything you buy will end up dead or dying

I have been ordering from Saltwaterfish.com for awhile now and have only had one issue which they resolved immediately. Customer service was awesome

My daughter saw the website and purchased a $100 gift certificate. We ordered around $200 worth of fish and acclimated them as instructed. The free Manderin was DOA (no credit or replacement offered). 2 fish died within 24 hours and several more the next day. We were given credit for these fish and I have tried to spend it ever since. This credit should be the same as cash, but that's not how they see it. I need a new cleaning crew. It is $69.00 plus I order 3 emerald crabs for 19.99. They are offering free shipping on any order containing this special cleaning crew. When I apply my $69.00 credit, it takes off the free shipping and adds $25 to the order plus their "$10 packaging fee". So I will never be able to just spend the gift certificate and be done. I will always have to spend extra mone to use the credit that my daughter paid real money for.
