All fish came in poor condition
2 orders- the first had ich and almost everything die. The second a $125 fish came in almost no water and they would not fully refund it. Oval all I probably lost close to $500 with this company. I will never order from this them again. Live Aquaria online and local will be my go to from now on.

well they havnt shipped it out yet
well they havnt shipped it out yet. 24 hours later. and charged $12 for shipping. i would have thought they understood how important some of these components can be to a living eco system.

My fish died within hours of getting…
My fish died within hours of getting them sent to me and to replace them with their garente I have to pay 35 additional dollars.

I ordered fish from saltwater fish.com. Due to no fault of their own, the shipment was delayed by two days. The fish arrived DOA. They replaced the fish without hesitation. I have and will do business with them again.
