Can’t Figure Out Cold Weather Shipping
I buy fish online often. I decided to try Saltwaterfish.com since they had good prices. The day before my order was to arrive I received a call that shipping was delayed. This happened twice. Then I was I informed that it was too cold to ship to my home but they would ship to FedEx and I could pick up there. That made no sense. I had two other companies ship livestock the same week. To my home. Not sure why Saltwaterfish.com can’t figure it out. I won’t shop there again.

I'm really happy with my purchase
I'm really happy with my purchase. I've ordered from a competitor and was not happy with what I received. (NOT AS I SAW WHEN I ORDERED OR DIED BY THE NEXT DAY) What I received from you looked like what I ordered and seems to be extremely happy with their new tank. Thank You!!!!

…second time around
Great selection although some of the fish could be a little bigger to acclimate faster with larger fish imo. Site very helpful with providing information on fish compatibility making the decisions safer to make.freebies are great.

I have been ordering marine life from saltwaterfish for almost 10 years now. They ship promptly, and anytime there is a problem with shipment, they credit the payment.

Everything arrived alive and healthy
Everything arrived alive, and healthy looking. Excellent prices and awesome specials. I like how I bought 6 chromis and they were bagged individually. You can tell they carefully pacakage everything. Will definitely order from again.
