1st time ever ordering fish online. The fish were packaged well. The fish were healthy and happy once they were placed in the tank to acclimate. All my questions and concerns were answered almost immediately. I highly recommend this company. All descriptions of items are accurate. They give instructions for all purchased species on how to acclimate and care for them. I have already spread the word about my experience. Thank You.

Affordable, great selection and timely, reliable shipping. Great all around. I live in Kansas and this is one of the easier orders I've had.

All 4 fish arrived DOA. Package was delayed and I didn't receive it until the 2nd day. Bags were deflated and fish were dead. I can't believe the bags/fish weren't better packaged to allow for a delay. I was given a refund for the fish only, not the shipping which is also unacceptable in my opinion.

Thank you for your review. It is equally important to us that these delicate marine animals are delivered as quickly as possible to be safely introduced into their new home. We are truly sorry for the FedEx delay you experienced. It is incredibly rare and we handle any delay issues with extra VIP customer service. I ordered 3 XL reef chromis (3.5-4.5 in). I received 3 reef chromis approximately 2 in max which were not compatible in my large reef. Initially I received a refund for the difference in sizes which was not acceptable since I could not introduce those into my reef. I voiced my compliant and this morning I received notice of a full refund of the fish from Mary. I was able to donate the three small fish. This is excellent customer service and I will try this company again. The other livestock I received was doing well. The shipment was well packed. I anticipate that my next order should result in an excellent rating.
