Order arrived on time but contents were cold. Stock appears to be ok but I will know better in a day or two. Drip acclaimed fish were sluggish. I need a least a week to decide if I will order again. It has been one week and all are doing well. All are eating except the Green War Paint Goby or at least I have not observed him eating. As of today I would order again.

Good service

Pros... They stand good on their 15 day guaranteent. Cons.... They don't let you count the store credits of dead fish towards free shipping on your next order😥 I rate at a 4 but if the store credit of lost fish could be applied to the amount to get free shipping on next order I would rate a 5!

This was my first time ordering from saltwaterfish.com, I had ordered a new CUC along with a few fish. My package got delayed by Fedex, so obviously i was a bit upset, and worried for the health of my fish. However, Later that night on the original delivery day, Someone showed up and Hand delivered my Fish to me, it was not Fedex, So saltwaterfish.com had someone pick my delayed package up, And drive it to my house. I've never had any company do this before. All the fish and Clean up crew were alive and well. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for Fish at a good price.

Shipment delayed 1 day due to fed ex. 1 diamond goby was weak. After acclimation seemed fine. 24 hours later DOA Hermit crabs devoured it. DOA policy says out of water picture needed for store credit obviously a 15 day guarantee when in a reef tank finding remains is next to impossible I don’t gel the 15 day warranty is worth the paper it is written on with that restriction Probably will not order again Seller was aware of the shipping delay and said they felt 3 day survival would happen. Packaging was excellent the heat pack wasn’t sufficient for 3 days
