Before reading this, be aware, I am totally happy with my order, but it wasn't without its hiccups. (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) This was my first time ordering from Saltwaterfish.com and I was very skeptical. After paying for a Sat arrival, I received a voicemail stating that my order couldn't be delivered due to weather- I was even more skeptical at this point. It found it impossible to get through to anyone to re-schedule my delivery via phone. (on hold 30+ min numerous times) I sent an email and left a voice message with NO response. When I finally got through to SWF, (via chat) my order got changed to the end of the next week with barely an apology. Yeah, I wasn't too happy at this point. Once my order arrived, I have to admit, I was very impressed. Everything arrived alive, with the exception of one fish, (out of 5) which was upside down and barely breathing. (The bag had little air in it.) He died about 2 hours after arrival. I had NO ISSUES getting a full refund. The process wasn't difficult or time consuming at all and the refund was almost immediate!! Great Customer Service!! (once you can actually talk to someone) Chat reps were available to immediately answer my questions. The fish I got are decent size and appear very healthy. The starfish I ordered is very tiny, but appears to be fine. Customer service needs improvement on response... However, Chat seems to be monitored well. Amanda via chat was friendly and helpful when I contacted her about my order issues. SWF also refunded the $15 Sat delivery fee since my order was delayed. A+ I WILL order here again.
