My fish arrived on time and in excellent condition. I have been very happy with all the purchases I have made.

All the fish come healthy if one comes DOA they will give you your money back I’ve been shopping with them for over a year only problem I see is sometime they don’t give you the right size fish on the description I think that’s very important when you’re buying a fish for a small tank when it says under an inch it should be under a inch not two inches other than that it’s a great place to shop

BUYER BEWARE. If you purchase a sales "duo" (or any animal really) and one of the animals arrives DOA, this company will not send you a replacement, at their expense. Even though you paid for it and would reasonably expect that it will arrive alive, it is YOU, the customer, who will have to pay for shipping to get a replacement...even though you did nothing that caused or could have prevented the death. Apparently, this company's policy is that they will refund (credit) only the value of the animal. That tells me they don't value their customers. I would completely understand if it arrived alive and then died in my tank. But when they ship an animal that is dead before I even open the box, that is on them and should be replaced by them. Apparently their shipping methods suck!!! Lesson learned!

Never again. Just a waste of time. They sell fish they don't have in stock and don't say anything until the day of shipping. Requested refund since i had a DOA. I heard they give store credit, if so I will call my card company to report fraud. I understand fish can die, while angry, i can look past it, but to then try to reship me a smaller version of the fish i bought.... No no no. Never again terrible.
