Awesome livestock and service

As always a great place to purchase marine life and supplies. Out of all the orders only 2 have been doa and that was because of an address issue with fed ex but the staff replaced them no questions asked.

Ive been buying from saltwaterfish for many many years. Ive gotten alot of great corals and fish for awesome prices. Ive also had a few losses no fault of saltwaterfish its either weather or mishandling of the box. Ive never had any issues what so ever if i want a replacement or refund. Whichever is chosen they are very professional and always say sorry for my loss. They see the sea life as life not just an item that was sold. I recommend them to all my friends that have tanks or thinking of setting one up. Thank you for everything your company does!

A little overpriced on some items, but I love the variety ( when available) as well as descriptions and care notes. The 15 day guarantee is also a HUGE bonus, considering most places offer none, it makes it all worthwhile.

I got two different fish and both died within 24 hours of getting them. I attempted to get a refund as I planned to not bother trying anymore and they only give store credit. From now on I will definitely go to live aquaria knowing they will at least refund me if something dies rather then forcing me to get something else from their site. So disappointed in this site.

Everything we ordered died in the first 24 hrs. They did give us a credit but you are limited as to what you can use the credit on. I will not buy from them again.

This place sucks. I will never buy fish from them again. I bought a springer damsel and a green dragonet. When the fish arrived both was dead as soon as I opened the box. So I called and the said they would send me 2 more fish of the same to replace them. I received the 2nd box opened it up and what do u know both of the fish was dead. I'm mad and will never spend my money with them again.
