Whole order showed up alive. Shipped to deliver on the day I requested.

A bit disappointed with latest purchase. They put out great specials but when it’s time to ship “they Don’t pass inspection or they are out” ... Not trying to be super demanding but they should accommodate a customers wish list if they can’t come through on their end ..

Super fast shipping with great communication. The fish I received was amazing! Thank you.

Even though it was all the fault of the shipping company . The response was genuine and kind to correct the problem . I followed the information on the request and sent pictures. No question to make me feel responsible. Fast easy and kindness. Thank you

Great prices and selection and they stand behind their fish guarentee.
