I ordered several live animals. one arrived in poor shape and soon died. i received a refund quickly!

love your webside

Received my first live stock order and everything from the shipping to instructions were perfect. Everything I ordered arrived healthy, the acclimation instructions were easy to follow. I was surprised at how easy this was. Excellent service!

Every part of my experience with this company has been top notch. I buy a lot of fish online and it can be tricky and a risk. They are a stand up company and do what they say. Couldn’t be more happy!!! And no they aren’t paying me to say this they are just doing biz the right way!!

I’ve purchased fish from other local stores and had die off issues in the past. I went to saltwater fish.comm and found great service and fish were in wonderful health. Follow the acclimation process and you can’t go wrong. What are you waiting for? Order now!

The person who called me was very helpful and kind made figuring my order out very easy !

Order shipped yesterday UPS had it on my doorstep about 9AM today and everybody is live and well and are being accumulated to their new home. The neon Goby is very small I hope the cleaner shrimp don't make lunch out of him. The shrimp are very nice size . Very pleased. Rick
