Last few orders have received dead fish. Trouble getting credit for the order

All livestock are shipped promptly and I have never had any doa’s (dead on arrivals). One of my freebies died a couple of weeks after arriving seemingly healthy. I wonder if it was sick all along even though it appeared to be healthy. No compensation for deceased freebies. I don’t like the fact that the hermit crab (part of the clean up crew) ate my starfish, ruby red (another freebie) and my carpet and bubble anemones, even though I had put shrimp in there for him to eat, which he ate plus all the others. Please don’t include hermits in clean up crew, especially for newbies to the hobby like me.

No problems good experience so far. Update: Had the two smallest fish die within two days after I received my order. The two larger ones are fine and eating. Received an in store credit for one but the other was a freebie. Want to use the in store credit for another fish but shipping is so high it is not worth spending on one fish. I am very please with the fish I received and are in good health.

Store Credit is not applied toward total amount to qualify for free shipping. If I know this I would never have originally ordered from them. This is the last time. I ordered frags to eliminate possible doa fish. That way I won’t have store credit that gets eaten up by shipping costs. Have found different vendors that have lower price and only doa full money back guarantee.
