Great Service. Chat line is GREAT

First of all this is the first and last time I will shop hear for anything. They charge 9.99 for a boxing fee and when I received the box all of the heat packs where on top of the packaging. None where my invertebrates where and it is winter time hear. 75% of my order was dead and the water that they where in was ice cold. I acclimated hoping that they might be revived but they did not. They have a 5 hour DOA guarantee but the shipment came late and I had to go to work. I also wasn’t going to place almost every snail and crab on a white board and take pictures of them. Bad packing job.

I placed a order online for 166.92 (6 fish)on 14 of December. It’s was shipped out on the 17th and received a email that it would arrive by 10:30am the next day. Right before 10:30am received that the order was delayed and assured me the fish would be ok. Paid for the extra shipping to make sure it got there early the next day. Didn’t receive the order till 2:05 on the 19th all fish were dead. When they refunded for the order only got back $149.94. They still charged me for the packing and extra shipping even after all the fish arrived dead. Not much water in the bags the fish were in(leaking)and ice cold. No heat! Not sure if I will ever do this again.

I recieved dead livestock upon arrival. The staff was great and promptly replaced my order. I understand that this can happen when shipping, I was happy with the customer service and will shop here again.

You folks are great!! On my last order I lost two items,but it was the aquarists fault and not yours. I was more than pleased with the quality of the livestock and picking up my box was really convenient. My only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that people keep getting the fish and other critters before me! 😡 I hate being on the waiting list!!! I have this issue with patience probably. I look forward to getting my next order and with dealing with your company in the future. okay five stars I forgot how nice the young lady was that I talked to last time.
