Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

Great Place to order saltwater marine life.

I have ordered from Saltwaterfish.com about eight times and to date I have not had any fatalities through the delivery process. They have been easy to deal with and all orders have arrived as they were described.

Mary on the chat line was very helpful. Placed an order and am looking forward to their arrival. They have great packages that save you money if you find one that fits your needs.

Could not check out because of technical problems, left message, Mary called me was able to solve the problem and place my order, Very happy with their service.

Once you get a sales person they are very good to work with. BUT often very poor packing and even worse guarantees policy. Shipping charges way out of the norm.

Excellent Customer Service

The website itself is very user friendly and there is so much to choose from. My co-worker orders new stock all the time and has it shipped right to work and we just take the critters home at the end of the day. When the package shows up the stock looks great and healthy. Would recommend this website to anyone with saltwater aquariums. Only ever heard of one mix up from ordering from this place and it wasnt even there fault. The delivery guy brought it to the next house down the road and they froze on the doorstep. We took some pictures and within notime they had a new shipment heading our way. You dont see that kind of dedication towards customers now days and it was greatly appreciated. Going to be making a lot more purchases from here no doubt

Great to deal with and all the livestock arrived alive and are still doing well.
