service was excellent, fish were a little small.

every order has arrived in great condition. very happy with your service.

I recently received an order with two fish that look dead. I texted them and sent pictures, they email me right away.. a couple days later they ask how they were doing. They are fine I think the one might have a Finn problem but I think the company was concern and helpful. This was my second order and I think they did a great job!!!

They totally honor their guarantee. For some reason FedX delivered my live order to the wrong state. After 4 days in cold weather, my order arrived with pretty much everything DOA. I took a picture of the dead animals and a new order was made in a few days.

I will say that the prices are good, when you order enough to get the free shipping and "free" fish. The issue that have is twice I have ordered 160$+ to get the deal and twice the "free" fish have died. They consider that to be a free fish, so no credit. I am sorry but disagree. I would have not spent that amount of money without the offer. I will not be ordering anything else from here. Lots of choices out there.

I was impressed that they didn't send a sick or weak fish. The staff contacted me right away as to what my wishes would be. Unfortunately I was not able to pick a substitute fish.
