Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

Very nice to work with, informational.

I ordered a wrasse that was DOA because instead of going overnight to the FedEx customer center in Madison it went Indianapolis where it was put on a truck and sat another overnight in a cold fedex lot. I'm not responsible for babysitting FedEx. None of the parties satisfied my lost time, stress, care for a living animal, etc. I had to call in sick the next day just to pick up a dead fish when I was off work the morning it should have arrived. Lost $200 in pay plus a sick call on my record. Just a refund and apology, nothing in reparations/courtesy like a future dollar amount off or 50% off some future fish purchase...just a sorry. Not pleased with my very first fish purchase here.

I cannot say enough about this company. I have ordered fish through other companies, Saltwaterfish.com is the best! Even though Fed Ex delivered our overnight package 2 days late, and we lost over 350 dollars worth of marine life, Saltwaterfish.com took care of me and replaced everything, no questions asked! They're a great company to work with and their fish are beautiful!

My order arrived on time. My goods sent in sensible and appropriate packing for the weather. Everything looks very happy and healthy; nothing had that lethargic, washed out look that sometimes happens when you hit that 'weekend cutoff time' that most every online livestock supplier has.

They have great deals on fish, corals are overpriced compared to the depot sites or 9.99 discount bins. Shipping is good, fish always arrived alive.....They heavy advertise FREE SHIPPING if you purchase $79.00 of live fish, coral, etc, however there is always an additional 9.99 packaging fee AND I am charged 5.99 if I want it shipped to my door. (If I don't pick it up from a FedEx facility. ) This $15 fee ... for shipping should not be legal for any company that advertises FREE SHIPPING!

The prices are good. The fish arrive healthy. They also look like the pictures they post online. I buy most of my salt water fish from them. Bob C

Timely delivery product as promised

Great price, excellent livestock, however most of my invertebrates arrived dead. I will try them again and make my decision from there
