I used the live chat to speak to a customer service rep (Sheila), I had placed an order and forgot to add my discount, Sheila was able to add my discount to my order, and give me a new total. I have only had to call customer services one time before, but I had a great experience both times. Thank you for the great service.

I was very upset when my package arrived with several items DOA. It was not the fault of Saltwaterfish.com. It was entirely FedEx’s fault who experienced a shipping delay because of weather and Black Friday volume. But Saltwaterfish.com came through and replaced the items and sent them to me for free. Excellent response to a mistake that they did not make. Many thanks!

Definitely not happy with this place anymore. Their website is disorganized. The search feature doesn't work worth a crap, you have to type in exact keywords. Their policy on guarantees is ridiculous. Why does It matter if I use a credit or cash, especially if it's a different fish at a different time months down the road. If the fish does not live then I should get the credit back. But instead they keep it. Thats not a guarantee.
