I have never ordered live stock online until I heard about saltwaterfish.com. Someone from a chat group recommend them to me and from my own research saw that they were above the others. My thoughts was right when I made my first order with them. They are also very good with after purchase customer service. If a fish doesn’t make it within the next 15 days after you receive them, they will honor you store credit for that fish. Most fish stores in my area don’t even have a return policy. This company is the best! I’m a new saltwater tank person. They walk me through getting the right fish and so much more. I have a 250 gallon tank and the deliveries are quick and the quality of fish are crazy cool! We had a couple die which is normal, but they gave us credit and were more than generous to us. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Top-notch.

The website is well organized and easy to navigate. The selections are varied and everything I have ever ordered from here has arrived alive and healthy. Packing and shipping are great and I am quite pleased with my transactions with the company.

Great company and great customer service. I have placed 3 orders as of this review. My first order had some dead on arrival live stock and death within 24 hours. This order was delivered directly to my home via FedEx. They were very responsive and honoted their 5 hour DOA refund guarantee and also their 14 day guarantee store credit. Refund was issued immediatly and my store credit was applied to my account within 2 days. My second and third orders were flawless and exactly what was described. I had these packages held at the local FedEx store as recomended. I have just placed my 4th order and can't wait to get our Christmas present.

My burgess butterfly was delayed one day and was on a FedEx truck for seven hours. He arrived almost dead. He was laying flat and barely breathing. The bag had leaked and the water was freezing cold. This was no fault of Saltwaterfish.com,besides the leaking bag, or would have given them a five star. The burgess is eating and doing well now.
