Steph at Saint + Vale set a new standard for an emerging brand when it comes to taking care of customers. I'm always hesitant to purchase from someone new because no matter how great the marketing is (and it's all great, now, thanks to AI), you never know who is behind the brand. They definitely earned a customer for life.

There was a little issue with my order and the customer service went above and beyond to fix the issue within a day. I will happily order again.

Good quality products, even better after sales support. I had a sizing issue with my purchase but the after sales team was great in assisting me with my order. Steph especially was incredibly helpful in re-sizing requests and getting me the end product to my liking. Their offerings are limited but of good quality materials and give you a good look for a well worth it affordable price. I order loafers, boots and their knit sweater. Waiting on the sweater but the quality on the footwear was great!

The shoes are great. But even better was the experience with customer service. If you at any point have an issue Steph will not only take care of it, she will charm your socks off in the process. Which is okay, because the shoes are so comfortable sockless.
