One of the best online companies I’ve ever worked with. The quality of the shoes and the products are amazing. Definitely worth every penny for this kind of quality. This is definitely a B spoke business. You can tell from the packaging that arrived and the way they communicate. I had to make an exchange for a size and received a reply with 12 hours. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Exceptional customer service — even when the shoes didn't work out I recently ordered a pair of loafers from Saint + Vale, and unfortunately, the shoes ended up being too large for me and ultimately weren't quite what I had hoped for. So this review isn't really about the shoes themselves — it's about the absolutely outstanding customer service I received. From the beginning, Steph was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the right fit. I measured my feet, sent photos, and worked with her to figure out the appropriate size. When the shoes didn't work out, the return/exchange process was incredibly easy. What really blew me away was what happened next. Rather than making me wait until the shoes arrived back, Steph processed my full refund immediately and even sent me a $25 gift card with no expiration as a thank-you for my patience and feedback. I've ordered from plenty of companies, and it's rare to encounter this level of personal attention and generosity. Steph made what could have been a disappointing purchase experience into a genuinely positive one. Unfortunately the loafers weren't the right fit for me, but Saint + Vale has absolutely earned my respect. If I find something else in their collection that catches my eye in the future, I'd be happy to give them another try. Perfect. Shoe if you need comfortable shoes!

My Customer Service Specialist was great (Steph), follow up was personable, informative, and charming. I bought 2 pairs of Enzo loafers in Powder Blue and Beige; they are extremely comfortable and stylish loaded with European chic! Any event, any time of the day! My Wife loves them! When your wardrobe needs an upgrade from the usual 80's Adidas retro tennis shoes, these Loafers are a must! Great with light casual trousers as well as shorts and when I'm in Europe or South America, the last thing I want to look like is a Tourist for lots of reasons! The shoes arrived when they were supposed to and in perfect condition. Oh! And Steph reapplied the discount to my order post transaction which was really nice of her to do. Highly recommend not only the Enzo Loafers but this Company in general.

Absolutely amazing experience with Saint Vale! Everything from start to finish was incredibly smooth and easy. The quality of the shoes is outstanding — you can immediately tell how well made they are. I worked with Steph to get the right order - she was off the charts helpful in every way to get me to the right size and style shoe. She was extremely professional and personal with her emails. BTW - the shoes are awesome!

1. Service has been absolutely fantastic! Steph helped wherever possible and when I had my doubts about a size, she doubled down on her after sales service. Superb customer service! 2. The product is great too. Love the loafers. The quality of the suede is soft and they wear very comfortable. Definitely can recommend.

Excellent Customer Service I ordered some loafers for my holiday but Saint + Vale were going through a warehouse relocation, so my order wasn’t going to arrive in time, I contacted customer service and spoke Steph who was brilliant, she offered a refund straight away so I could purchase something in time along with a gift voucher, I will definitely be back to order from these again.
