The Saint and Vale customer service is absolutely great. After receiving my order in Australia I realised it was the wrong size. Contacted S+V and on the same day Steph replied immediately and arranged for correct goods to be shipped to me. It was a really good experience, very friendly and very professional service provided by Steph. It was my first purchase form S+V and I will definitely go back online to get other products. Great communication was concerned about my address that it may have been incorrect. My fault. Emailed Saint & Vale straight away. I got a reply from the lovely Steph couldn’t be more happy. Great service thank you Steph.

The customer support was incredible. I asked if I could buy two pair of shoes and return the one that didn’t fit. Steph wrote back immediately with the method to measure my foot to ensure the proper fit but also recommended trying two just to be safe. Her method was spot on, they fit perfectly and she quickly sent me a return label for the bigger pair. The shoes were incredible quality and the price was just as good. Will be buying in other colors!
