This is the worst focus group company I've ever encountered. They take incredibly long to pay you, i've been waiting for almost two months and still have not been compensated. I will never do another study with this company, it's a disgrace!!!

Unfortunately they are scammers. I was recruited for a study. The preparation was poor, however despite this I undertook travel and turned up on time. I was told I would recieve payment within a few weeks however payment was never made and the lady who i was liaising with , Sofia Espinoza,went incognito and stopped responding. It is obvious they scam participants into doing the studies for free thus committing fraud. I will be taking legal action against them. Please do not agree to do studies with them as they will not pay you.

Constantly put in time and honesty in surveys only to be told after giving my opinion that I did not qualify for the survey. Meanwhile the survey had already collected my demographic information as well as honest answers to questions the surveys were designed to collect. Customer service is non-existent after sending emails explaining what I found to be unfair. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GET A PART TIME JOB INSTEAD. THIS SITE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND NOT PAY YOU.

If I could give zero stars I would. I picked the virtual visa card because I thought it would be faster....NOPE. Well over 2 months. And their response is the same BOT REPLY EVERYTIME. Please give 4-6 weeks and 7-10 after that and blah blah freaking blah. NEVER DOING A STUDY WITH THEM AGAIN. THIS IS INSANE.

Completed a focus group about a month ago. took two weeks to update the balance and i'm now on week 2 of additional waiting and "processing". Not sure why this is the only company that takes this long and I have to assume they're struggling financially. Use a different company, you'll be waiting a forever for whatever payout they're offering.

I did a project with them 3 months ago, they’re claiming now I didn’t complete it and refuse to pay me when I followed their directions and submitted my work. They don’t answer my emails with an explanation as to why they haven’t paid me. Don’t waste your time! For what I read it’s a 50/50 you don’t get paid for your work. Terrible company.

Awful wait time. I've been waiting 5+ weeks and still nothing redeemed yet. What is this joke of a management system???

I registered couple weeks ago but I got no survey, no invitation, nothing. When I asked them they told me to complete my profile, as a generic response ,which I already did. Instead of this, even signing up for those scammer apps/games is better. I wish trustpilot lets us to vote -5555555555555 stars
