Sago is nothing but lying, conning, scamming, scumbags. Why does it take 3-4 months to pay people?!? Why do they never respond to anyone?!? Why so they suck so bad?!? STAY AWAY FROM SAGO!!!

SOO Disappointed. No payment, no response, not nothing.. These folks are the worst in the business!!

did a $25 product trail and survey. Completed it on time and did what I was asked. Site makes it impossible to even tell what your rewards balance is...still have not figured it out. Then, in the rewards confirmation email, they choose to tell me that I cannot cash in the reward because now I need $50 minimum in rewards. This is a rip off and they are doing everything they can to get paid by the client but not pay the testers and site reviewers. They don't offer enough opportunities to even get to $50 in rewards. Scam

I do lots of surveys with them and regularly am compensated. The surveys are oftentimes redundant or tedious, sometimes fun or different. I have also been contacted to do telephone/focus group interviews and have received trial products to review. The downsides are that in many surveys, I will complete the survey (the survey itself even says it was completed, not just a screen out, spent the full time plus as indicated on the invite) then get a "you were not successful with this survey" or "while you did not qualify for this survey...." with no way to communicate an error; many of the started surveys seem to screen out and then jump to another unrelated/new survey within the same session that will ask the same questions again (screening questions) and most likely be a different time amount than initially indicated on the invite (so you could jump to a survey that will now take 3-4 times as long but the incentive is for the first shorter survey and therefore, not appropriate). Also, you have to get enough points to be equal to or more than $50 to cash in and then incentives take a LONG time to receive once requested- most of mine take 2-3 months. So, unless you regularly take lots of surveys (expect A LOT of screen outs before you actually complete one and receive incentives/points), you will not get anything for these.

Ewig lange Screening-Fragen für Marktforschungsumfragen, bei welchen man bereits sehr viele Informationen von sich preisgeben muss; irgendwann fliegt man dann aus dem Screener, weil man angeblich nicht geeignet sei. Das hat System.

Had used them for years. Was fine for the longest time. This year everything is different. They seem to take twice as long as they say to pay out, and only after you harass them about it.

Non payment, have been waiting months, sending emails to these people with no response. Total frauds.
