I used to love doing studies for Schlesingers. You would get paid on your way out. Now it doesn’t matter if you are in person or virtual, it takes months. I did a study 11 weeks ago and my incentive says “processing”. In the mean time they get paid from their clients. I guess they bank all that money so they can collect interest and hope you give up on your money. 3 months is all long time to wait for a measly $100 and it still hasn’t been sent. I refuse to go into the facility when I qualify. If they paid at a reasonable time, then I would.

I've been doing surveys with this company for years. In the past ,I didn't really have problems with pay,but over the past couple of years it has become quite an issue. They have canceled cards after I received them without notice. When I called in they said it was because the card had not been activated. You would think,they would email me notice and reissue the card. I tend to hold my cards and just make sure I use them before the expiration date. BUT NO I HAD TO CALL AND INQUIRE ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY CANCELED IT. Now it has happened again.They are too disorganized at keeping up with what cards go with what study. No I have to try to find someone who is organized enough to do a proper search and reissue my card. I recommend not wasting your time with them .

It took over ten weeks to receive the incentive for research I participated in in September 2025. Multiple emails were sent to the research recruiter - Sofia Espinoza - after 6 weeks had passed, and she ignored all of them. I then sent a complaint to the research company Inspired Opinions (trading as Sago) and was replied to by Shiwangi Shahi of Sago, who promised payment would be incoming. Reader, it was not incoming, even after multiple emails from me. She kept making promises which weren't kept, and it was only when I threatened to complain to the market research regulatory body MRS (in the UK, where I am based) that the incentive finally came through. I have now blocked their emails and will never do research for them again. Given how many complaints and 1-star reviews they have on here, it's clear this behaviour is standard for them: they're scammers, and I hope this review helps someone avoid getting ripped off by them!

I have been a member for over a decade and have received lots of awards/rewards for my activities. Lately, however, they have been extremely slow to provide them, taking months in some instances for rewards I can get through other programs in minutes or hours. I don't know if they are having financial problems or what, but I am concerned that hundreds of dollars in gift cards or other rewards may never arrive, given how bad their customer service and redemption has become.

Doing the survey was pretty easy location easy to get to people very polite on time the problem is the points I got my points the same day of my study I redeemed my points the same day I am still waiting it is still processing when you reach out to sego to ask for help they send you to focus group wallet support which is horrendous I just told a recruiter please do not recruit me for any studies involving sago sago is connected with so many other research companies like focus scope and I even declined to work with them because they will pay through sago I'm not doing it anymore I'm so done beware

Da ich bei Kleinanzeigen auf diverse Anzeigen für verschiedene, attraktiv bezahlte Umfragen gestoßen war und dem Anbieter Sago Marktforschung hierauf mein Interesse bekundet hatte an einzelnen Studien, deren geforderte Teilnehmerkriterien ich erfüllte teilzunehmen, bekam ich als Antwort, dass ich gern teilnehmen könne und den entsprechenden Link zur Studie dazu. Jedoch war nach Aufrufen des Links eine direkte, anonymisierte Teilnahme gar nicht möglich, sondern es wurde erst eine Registrierung im Portal gefordert, die Zeit kostete und alle sensiblen Personendaten von mir abforderte. Nachdem ich dies schon mit einem mulmigen Gefühl erledigt hatte, konnte ich schließlich die eigentliche Umfrage öffnen, beantworte die Fragen darin gewissenhaft (was mich nicht unerheblich Zeit kostete und am Ende wurde dann suggeriert es ginge jetzt nur noch um die Auswahl eines für mich passenden Termins und ich wurde aufgefordert schon meine Bankverbindung für die Überweisung der Vergütung angeben. Erst DANACH, nachdem ich letzteres getan hatte, kam dann die Mitteilung, dass man gar keine Teilnehmer für diese Studie mehr benötige! Das ist absolut unseriös und sieht für mich sehr stark danach aus, dass man in betrügerischer Absicht bewusst von Sago Germany über eine Teilnahme an einer Umfrage getäuscht wird, nur damit das Unternehmen so sensibelste, personenbezogene Daten, sogar die persönliche Bankverbindung(!), einsammeln kann, anscheinend ohne dass je beabsichtigt gewesen wäre, dass man wirklich eine Vergütung als Teilnehmer der Studie erhält. Zumal das Unternehmen in allen Annoncen damit wirbt man könne sich das Geld auch an ein Paypal Konto überweisen lassen - doch diese Option steht dann am Ende der Befragung tatsächlich gar nicht zur Verfügung, sondern man wird genötigt die persönlichen, sehr sensiblen Bankdaten anzugeben. Ich bedaure zutiefst mich leider durch die Täuschung dazu verleiten lassen haben diesem unseriösen Unternehmen meine empfindlichen Daten überlassen und meine wertvolle Zeit verschwendet zu haben. Zumal hier bei Trustpilot ja auch in zahlreichen anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist, dass Sago auch nach kompletter Teilnahme an einer Studie einfach die versprochenen Vergütungen nicht an die Teilnehmer auszahlt.

I put time into these surveys and it is almost impossible to get my reward. 6 weeks plus in processing and then I have to push to get paid. I do not recommend this survey company at all. There are much better companies to give your opinion to. Stay away.

Still waiting for payment been over 4 weeks .I've emailed the lady who recruited me ..she doesn't reply
