This place is a sham. It is all about the upsell and doing in necessary work only for profit. I went to them 2 time and tgey said I needed 3 crowns. My previous dentist. Who retired said I needed none. I went to new dentist and he looked closely and they said I have great teeth and need nothing at this time.

Worst Customer Service EVER! Despite scheduling a month and a half out, due to needing a very specific time and day that I had approved with my employer and secured a ride, a week before my appointment, they try to change the appointment time with no phone call or reason. They just update the time and acted like that was acceptable. I am glad I was saved from going here and will make it a point to never go here.

My husband went for cleaning and x-rays after not having any done for a year. The dental hygienist that he worked with if you can call it that had him sitting there for 10 minutes not doing anything he asked her what was going on and she said I’m speaking to my mom on the phone. She did a very subpar job it wasn’t a cleaning no x-rays but didn’t qualify for anything no flossing She also didn’t give him any toothpaste toothbrush flossing like most dentist do she was f Finished in a matter of 15 minutes. my husband has a partial he asked where his partial was she turned around and got it out of the trash and proceeded to put it in his mouth when he stopped her and said that needs to be cleaned. This business is not even better business bureau accredited and if everybody knew that they would have no business the reviews are all terrible. Save yourself the agony and never go to a business that’s not better business bureau regulated. Also their dentist changed nonstop you can never get to the same person or the hygienist is never the same which is frustrating!

Sage Dental of Wellington: I started process for partial dentures September 2024. I received the wrong partials December 2024. I returned the partials. I have been trying to receive a refund for the wrong partials since December 2024. The office constantly makes up lies and excuses as to the status of my refund. The office has no intentions on refunding me even though it was a lab error. I have currently filed a grievance with my insurance. I am currently filing a complaint against them with the Florida board of dentistry and I am currently contacting an attorney to assist me with getting a refund. I did not want the suitation to go this far. However I do not have a choice because I feel that they have scammed me and the insurance company and instead of refunding me they choose to constantly lie and avoid the suitation. Sage Dental of Wellington is one of the worst Dental office to go to for any type of dental work. They are a complete scam and customers should be aware of their office. They will lie and tell you that you need certain procedures that you do not need.

Worst experience I have ever had with dental office! My dentist wrote me a referral to a peridontist because I had a problem. The code used costed me 200 out of pocket. I spoke with Sherri in Billing who told me I could call ins company to understand why I had a limit of 2 on this code. The ins company provided other codes that Sage Dental Could use instead. Left messsage for Sherri to call me back and she never did. Called again and gaver her codes suggested by insurance company and she said she can't recode. I reminded Sherri multiple times that I was referred for a problem, not general exam, which was clearly stated in the referral. I will not return to an office that doesnt do the right thing for the patient. Have seen periodontists in the past and never had this issue. Just called other perio offices and they said the office could recode specifically since the insurance company even provided other codes that the office could use. Stay away from Sage Dental.

The dentist did want to take the time to fill my tooth the proper way. The total time including the exam and filling took less than 10 minutes. Naturally with a quick job the filling fell out after 9 days. I found a new dentist who took the time to drill and remove all the decay the previous dentist left and completed the filling for it to last.

They are very defensive if you question a procedure not contracted for. My Advice is the following, get a print-out of the services they are going to perform on the day of the appointment BEFORE they perform it. When the service(s) are completed ask the Hygienist or Dentist did they do ALL of the services that was on the print-out and if not all were provided ask them to only circle was provided so the don't charge you for services not rendered!
