Since I don't have dental insurance, the team went above and beyond to guide me through cost-saving options. They introduced me to the Sage-Care Membership, which turned out to be a game-changer—it saved me a substantial amount on the procedure and made everything more affordable. Joanna and Arlene were incredibly kind and patient throughout the financial paperwork process, even taking the time to speak directly with my wife about the payment details to ensure we were both on the same page. Their compassion and efficiency made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless and supportive. I was extremely nervous about having the tooth pulled, but the dental assistant, Brenda, was an absolute angel. She was so reassuring, patient, and attentive, helping me stay calm every step of the way. Well! I read all the reviews a little too late but I had a wonderful experience at the Sage dental on gate parkway in Jacksonville, Fl. The first time I went I was barely seated for 10 minutes when they came out and took me to the back. They kept me inform weeks after my visit on the insurance and procedures to be done. I had to get a tooth extracted and I knew it was going to be tough. But my dentist took great care of me along with her assistant even though it took almost 15 shots to numb me up. Before anyone says anything this is always the case with my anatomy. I normally hate dentist but this is the first one that made my procedure comfortable. So, I'm not disputing anything anyone else went thru but you may wish to try Sage Dental on Gate parkway in Jacksonville, Fl if any of you ever decide to go back! Believe me when I tell you I usually only write a review when I get bad service from a place of business. Office staff was great! The dentist was even better!
