i Safe step bathtub

SAFESTEP WALK IN TUB
MY TUB WAS INSTALLED AS SCHEDULED. THE TOTAL INSTALLATION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEATLY DONE. I HAVE ENJOYED MANY HOURS OF HAVING A DELIGHTFUL BATHING EXPERIENCE AND I RATE IT SECOND TO NONE IN THE STEP IN TUB CATEGORY. ALL FEATURES SPELLED OUT IN THE SALES/PERFORMANCE LITERATURE FUNCTION AS STATED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TUB FOR ANYONE THAT ENJOYS A BATH OR A HOT TUB/SPA. DAVID SALOMAKI

Everything we expected it to be.
We have used our tub a number of times over the last month and are very satisfied. It takes about 7 min to fill completely and my wife needs to have something over her shoulders to keep her warm. I am considering installing a heat lamp. I would suggest the jet on off button be located in a different place because I continually hit it when I rest my arm on the tub's side. We love the strength of the Jets and the ability to adjust them. I use it especially after a round of golf to relax. It's also easy to get in and out of. I was very impressed by the quality and care the technicians took during installation. We are very satisfied.

HARD WORKING CREW
THE CREW CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO LET US KNOW THEY WOULD BE THERE. WAS NOT GIVEN THE TUB SALES SAID WE NEEDED, SHOULD OF BEEN A RIGHT HAND BUT SENT LEFT HAND. WITH DOOR POSITION IT IS NOW CLOSER TO THE TOILET. CALLED WHEN THE DRAIN RELEASE HAD TO BE HELD TO DRAIN TUB, WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTION TO REMOVE PLUG AND ADJUST SCREW ON BOTTOM. CAULKING STARTED SEPARATING THE NEXT DAY. I WENT AND BOUGHT DAP TO REDO MYSELF. HAVE WHEEL IMPRINTS IN THE HARDWOOD FLOOR FROM THE DOLLY USED TO ROLL THE TUB IN ON. THE CREW WAS HARD WORKING GOOD NATURED PEOPLE. WAS SOLD ON THE IDEA THAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO THIS TUB FOR LIFE RIGHT KIPP?
