I checked on a site on Facebook and was contacted by Safe Step. The sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy. I especially like the micro bubbles and the lights-very relaxing!

We have had the Safe Step Walk-in Tub for about a month. It is great to relieve those muscle and joint pains in this 78-yr-old. I can scoot forward and sit down so the water is up to my neck, and then lean back to let the massage jets get my neck and upper back. It is important to not let the water temperature get too hot — not over 104, as you can get very woozy when getting out if it is hotter. One recommendation: it is too easy to accidentally turn on the jets with your left elbow as you rest your arm on that side. If both the micro-jet button and the water-jet button were on the right side, then that would not happen. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Tub works fine. Do not like the fact door opens inwards. Also, buttons on tub edge can be too easily pressed by accident. Salesman said he woul check back after install. Has not done so.

It took three to get the shower rod installed and then two to three more weeks to get shower curtain to get the whole tub together. Not good for business.Other than that everthing looks ok. Lloyd Henry

No sales pressure to buy and explained everything we would get with this tub. We use it at least once a week and that is because we need to install a larger water heater. Did not think of that when purchased. Will be great for my daughter when she visits, she has arthritis and this tub will work wonders for her. Kay

I love my walk in shower. The work done was so nice to see after my old tub. I had problems getting in and out of my tub and now I have 2 sturdy bars to hold onto and only a two inch step into a wonderful shower experience. The only recommendation that I would give is to pay the extra for a straight seat. I have a corner one and because of my bathroom setup, my seat faces away from the shower. The seat is also slippery when it's wet and I rarely use it to sit on. I made it another shelf for my shampoos and body washes.
