Everything was great, but they need to adjust the seat height in the tub for short people.

bought tub for my 90 year old 5 ft tall mother, salesman talked me into the the Big boy tub because of my size. as a sit down tub for mother it was fine but at 90 she hated the jets. for me even at 400 lb 6 feet tall it is too big and too low. I would like to see the seat lowered at least two inches, the back jets miss most of my back forget the neck. the air and jet controls should be moved to the front of the tub. if sitting in the seat and set my arms on the sides I turn off the jets. my favorite position is to curl up in front of the seat and sink just using the front jets and bubbles. not sure what else is out there but find someplace you can try before buying. on a good note the installation went as planed in less than a day and looks great

I love my safe step tub wish I had got it sooner it's almost the same as getting in my hot tub, I will put Pandora on my phone and have a glass of wine and just relax and it's so easy to get in and out of just love it ,Margie

If you bump the door handle while in the tub, which is easy to do since it is cramped inside the tub you will find that you have flooded the floor of your bathroom. The installation damaged our new paint job that we just had completed and after telling the installer nothing was done to correct this.

I find that it takes too long to fill the tub.

I am enjoying my new tub very much. I find I will probably need a larger hot water heater as I run out of hot water before the tub is full. Other than that about the only drawback is I can't use bubble bath.

All the photos we saw the lady had her shoulder in the water. I am 5 1/2 feet tall only and not way you can sit and have your shoulder in the water. We were not shower any other options that you had other size of tubs. Also the beads that came with the tub, I can not find them anyplace. The web page I was given has small little beads that will fall through the holder. I bought some in the bags to stick in the hole but I do not really smell anything. I do not think it really does anything.
