They are ok
Other than the fact you cannot seem to talk to a human, either with the company or with synchrony bank, the experience was "OK".

Was not disappointed
The salesman was very professional..delivery was on time. Good product..Did the installation myself as a contractor. Took me a while on the plumbing but got it. One leak in draining from factory. Fixed in 2 minutes. Customer very pleased. Therefore i am pleased. Thanks

Exceeded Expectations
The sales associate spent a fair amount of time explaining the product, installation requirements - no pressure to purchase. I researched the company and their products prior to the appointment, so I had pointed questions all of which were answered to my satisfaction. The installation team worked fairly diligently, protected the floors, stairs and various work area prior to beginning the work and cleaned up the area prior to departure. The installation looked very professional and most importantly, I am very happy with the product.

My Safe Step
The product is as advertised. Two negative issues are as follows: 1. In most cases bath tubs are removed to accommodate the Safe Step. It would be great if they had floor people that could match the floor that is in place. 2. A household water heater that is at least 50 gallons is needed to maintain the use of the Safe Step and other hot water needs around the household. Overall, the Safe Step works great and provides the relief that is advertised.

Good Service - Very Expensive
They are good with service and installation. But one can get the same quality tub (if not better) for a whole lot less. We added the reverse plumbing on installation ($395.00) and then had to have our local plumber do the job, asked for a discount and got a whole $95.00ish off. Make sure to look around and compare.

Tub is great and installation was fair. Did have concerns with certain parts of the project but all were address in a timely manner

wonderful
Wonderful to be able to take a bath/shower without having to have someone home in case I fell getting in or out of the tub!!! Very relaxing! Only complaint is that I never received the welcome basket I was told I would get!

Great tub but needs a couple of adjustments.
We love the Safe Step Walk-In Tub. It is everything that the sales rep. said it would be. However, I think a couple of things could use some work. My husband still has difficulty getting in and out of the tub. When he tries to grab the side, he turns on the jets because the button is right beside the door. Another problem we had was that I flooded the bathroom because I thought I had the door shut and it was not. Other than that, it is a great investment and we will enjoy it.
