Some problems with the drain handle not working properly and thermo therapy not coming on at times but overall very good product

The Safe Step Walk-in Tub is well worth the investment. Since my knee replacement one knee does not have full range of motion making getting out of a conventional tub difficult. I realized in ten or twenty years I would not be able to get in or out of the tub safely. The first time I used my Safe Step Walk -In Tub I was so elated that all I had to do was walk in, sit down on the heated seat and relax enjoying the spa like experience. My husband tried it too and we are both extremely satisfied with our purchase. So glad I made the call. I have told family and friends about my purchase and would recommend making the investment.

Walk-in Tub- The salesman was great, the installers were great, but the one thing that they failed to mention. That a 40 gallon hot water heater was not going to be big enough to fill the tub to capacity and use the hydro jets. I had to get a booster heater to be able to use the hydro jets. Buying a walk-in tub is not for the faint of heart, they are quite expensive.

The floor of the unit was still slick when there was soap on your feet so I had to get a sticky mat to put down. Also the shower curtain bar fell down when we were trying to hang the curtain. It was had to adjust and rehang so we just used the tension rod we previously had. For the amount of $$ that was spent on this, it should have been nearly perfect.
