i'm enjoying my bath again
i have not had my tub long so i can't tell you how great it is yet . it takes longer to fill than i expected but its fun and i enjoy it.

100% Beautiful 100% Happiness
I watched all the commercials about falling in the shower. Then all of the Walk In Tub commercials. Did my research. I had a choice . Buy the tub or fix myself when I fell . Safe Step Walk in Tub delivered 100% of their promises. Kept to their best price . On time delivery . Set up went along as planned . Tub placed . Trimmed out in record time . Clean finish .

Love my new Safe Step walk in tub!
Great installation. Took just one day and the mess was cleaned up and hauled away. Tim and Derrick were professional and friendly and easy to deal with. Loved the experience from sales to installers.

Safe Step Walk-In Tub
The tub itself is great; however, I like my water real warm. The size of my tub required a larger water heater which I was not aware at the time of purchase. I ended up turning up the temperature on my water heater and just filling the water up to the seat in the tub.

I am pleased with my walk-in tub
I am pleased with my walk-in tub. Right from the start, all people involved in the sale and installation were very knowledgeable. I was so surprised when it was installed how it just fit right into the decor of the master bath. I am loving taking a bath again. I feel safe and I know how good hydrotherapy is for the circulation and healing. I would highly recommend this company if you are considering having one installed.

My wife is a Parkinson's patient and it is a comfort that I don't have to worry about her falling when she is bathing or showering and she can do so without assistance from me. The tub holds approximately 80 gallons of water. My old 40 gallon water would not provide enough hot water for a fill. I installed a 50 gallon heater it barely does the job. As for the warranty I have not had any major problems. But the cap on the aroma therapy port broke and I requested a replacement over a month ago and I still have not received one.

REALLY???????
Honestly, the tub was not what I thought it would be. First, it is very uncomfortable to sit in, secondly, it takes much too long to fill,and I freeze my chinachina off waiting for it to drain. We have also had leakage problems, and have had no less than three service calls for this problem. The jets at my feet have never worked correctly, and they have addressed this problem three times as well. With little success.. All things being said, this tub has been very disappointing considering hype and reputation. It was much too expensive for the way the product turned out. I would NOT recommend it.
