Our tub is not completely installed to my satisfaction. There are cracks in it. The rim is not waterproof. Evidently it was not finished. The wall gets wet and drains to the floor. Very disappointed.

We have not used the tubas much as we anticipated; It seems to work as planned but our hot water supply is inadequate and I have not dealt with that at time. The water spray does not work.

The heated seat and back doesn’t warm up as much as I thought it would. When I sit my tosh is still cold. The tub is extremely expensive. I am otherwise very pleased with its operation.

I would have given SafeStep Tubs a higher rate. But strongly feel that the district salesman was not forth coming or Honest with us in regards to the Demands of Safe Step Tubs Hot Water demands. We repeatably asked about supply capabilities of having a 40 gallon hot water tank to supply this Tub. Salesman out right Lied and stated that a 40 gallon tank was sufficient to fill this Tub with hot water. Found out in retrospect that truth is You need 74+gallons capabilities of Hot Water to fill this Tub and not be running out of hot water before half full. I ended up installing (2) 50 Gallon hot water tanks at a cost of 700.00 a tank to fill this Tub. In hind sight if this salesman would of been honest I would not of purchased the tub. Also Installation crew while doing nice job. They do not paint Plaster or do any finish work in making bathroom finished . That also was unexpected cost. I would not of purchased this Product if truth was told at start of initial conversation with Sales Person. At 16000.00 dollars for tub and another 3000.00 for upgrade to Hot Water supply plus hire of finish work people Safe Step Tubs while being a Quality product and working good. Is Not Worth the money or additional Expenses associated with it. I wish sales man was honest I would not of purchased. But at least if he was honest I could of made informed choice based on whole picture cost wise. Not get me wrong here Safe Step Tubs are a Quality Product I am sure me and my wife will be glad to have as we turn elderly or develop disabilities . I at this time Purchased more for my elderly Mom whom will be living here at some point. In that regard thank you SafeStep Tubs.

We are two people, Don and Aleta, one uses the tub and towel, the other uses the tub and must drip dry!!! A couple, married and in love should each have their own safetub towel. Tub is great. People are all great. Only one towel for two people is “cheep”. LOVE THE TUB.

I bought the Safe Step Walk-In Tub for my wife who loved taking baths but had switched over to showering after an injury to her hip several years ago. She can no longer lift her leg with ease & is also blind so I thought the Safe Step might be a good solution for her. The entire process went very smooth & we couldn't be more happy. The installers arrived on time, prepped & removed the existing tub, installed the Safe Step Walk-In Tub, walked us through all of the features & cleaned up everything before leaving. We also called to have the hot water adjusted about a month later & they arrived the next day. We honestly couldn't be happier with their service.
