Make sure to have all the information…
Make sure to have all the information as to where you want the tub to go. If you live in an older home, doors, trims, casings etc. May be hard to locate and can create extra cost. Make sure the floor , where the tub is to located, is sturdy enough. As for the tub, it is a nice and sturdy tub. My one complaint is having to stand on the seat to close the door to fill the tub. After finishing bathing you need to repeat the process.

cOLULD HAVE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO UPGRADE…
cOLULD HAVE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO UPGRADE MY ELECTRIC TO 240 CIRCUIT ABILITY, COULD HAVE TOLD MY MY 40GAL WATER HEATER WOULD NOT FILL IT UP TO USE JETS, COULD HAVE TOLD ME I WOULD NEED ADDITIONAL WATER HEATER OR INSTAHOT WATER SERVICE. AT THAT PRICE, GUYS, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ALL OF THAT BEFORE I PURCHASED IT. NOW I WILL SPEND AN ADDTIONAL 1200 DOLLARS AT TOP. AND, IT DOES NOT GET DRY SKIN OFF MY LETS, aT LEAST NOT THE FIRST AND ONLY TIME I HAVE USED IT UNTIL I CAN AFORD TO UPGRADE ALL THIS. GLORIA WRIGHT

Overpriced very disappointed
Disappointed in the operation of the step side. The water heater has to be turned up so high in order to not take a cold bath. Can't use the foot massager at the same time you use the other jets. If I had been able to try the tub before buying I would not have bought it. This bath is over priced for the quality, not able to turn the jets up, I will not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

Wish I had seen one and got in before I bought I have a hard time getting out unless I am sitting my legs are so heavy after sitting there for a bath ..and I get tired waiting for the tub to fill high enough to use the jets I just don’t try

Taking relaxing bathes again
We love the tub, would recommend it. My only problem is that my spouse is rather large and can use the tub but his knee has hit the latch and opened the door, lucky for me there was not a full tub of water. This tub is a really relaxing experience for me.

First of all
First of all, the wrong tub was installed - because of the hardware color. Then, when we finally got it right tub installed, it leaked because the drain was not sealed. Now we are waiting for a larger water heater because the salesperson said our was large enough but we wind up sitting in tepid water. That is not therapeutic at all.
